Working Ventures builds ventures, operating systems and real estate projects for the places people work.

Matthew Kennedy, Managing Partner

Matthew Kennedy builds businesses, places and technology, usually where the three overlap. He has spent the past fifteen years turning ideas and underused assets into things people use, buy and value. He built and exited Avenue HQ, the workspace business he founded in 2016; led the redevelopment and repositioning of buildings; created and sold hospitality venues; and more recently founded Fluxo, a commerce platform for physical space operating across the UK and US.

Working Ventures is the platform for that work, bringing together the businesses, projects and partnerships Matthew develops across real estate, hospitality and technology. Matthew works directly with Advisory clients.
