Matt and Luke have worked together since they were 16. From early ventures as teenagers to coworking spaces, real estate projects, and technology platforms, they've spent nearly two decades building things together.

Working Ventures exists because they believe the way people work is fundamentally changing, and the businesses, technology, and spaces that support it need to change too. Not a single company, but a portfolio of connected ventures and an advisory practice that brings everything they've learned to the people who need it.

Matt runs Working Ventures and leads fluxo, a workspace marketplace and operating system used across hundreds of locations in the UK and US.

He works across workspace, real estate, and technology — not as separate things, but because they're all connected. The spaces people work in, the technology that powers them, the businesses behind them, and the founders trying to build something new. That's what he spends his time on, and it's what drives Working Ventures.

He started by building Avenue HQ into a national coworking network backed by Barclays. That's where it all started. He's been building ever since.
